Don A. Jannicelli, MA, PT, is the Director of Physical Therapy at the Bloomfield Institute of Therapy. The Bloomfield Institute of Therapy was established in 1990
as an outpatient physical and occupational therapy clinic.

Don holds a Masters degree in Physical Therapy from New York University (NYU).
Don is a member ofthe American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and is an active member of PTPN of New Jersey, Preferred Therapy Network, and Running
and Sports Medical Association. Don holds a license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of New Jersey. In addition, Mr. Jannicelli holds a certificate by the State of New Jersey Department of Education as school-based Physical Therapist.
Don is the former Chief of Physical Therapy at Columbus Hospital and the Assistant Chief of Physical Therapy at Crippled Children/United Hospital ofNewark and served his clinical internships at Rusk Institute of Rehabilitation, Robert Wood
Medical Center/JFK Hospital and Hackensack Medical Center. Don also holds a certificate
as a Certified Personal Trainer from National Academy of Sports Medicine of California. Mr. Jannicelli has also been
awarded as a Who's Who in the Medical Field.

Carissa L. Jannicelli, MS, OTR/L.

Carissa L. Jannicelli, MS, OTR/L is the Director of Occupational Therapy at the Bloomfield Institute of Therapy. Carissa holds a bachelors degree in Health
Science and a Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from Russell Sage
College. Ms. Jannicelli is registered and certified by the National Board of Occupational Therapy. She holds licenses to practice in the states of New Jersey and New York. Carissa has advanced training and a specialist certification from
the Ayres Clinic in California in Sensory Integration. She is an approved provider for Early Intervention services in New Jersey according to the requirements of the NJEIS program. She is a member of the American Occupational Therapy Association, New Jersey State Occupational Therapy Association, and a provider
of therapy services for the State of New Jersey Department of Education.

Ms. Jannicelli completed her clinical affiliations at Kessler West Orange, Kessler
East Orange, The Children's Therapy Center in Fairlawn, and also at the Montclair State Demonstration Program for Children. Carissa is also a Certified Pilates Instructor (CPI) by the Professional Health and Fitness Institute as well as a Certified Personal Trainer through
the National Academy of Sports Medicine in California.

Deanna M. Jannicelli, MS, CCC-SLP.

Deanna M. Jannicelli, MS, CCC-SLP is the Director of Speech-Language Therapy at
the Bloomfield Institute of Therapy. Deanna holds a Bachelors of Science degree in both Elementary Education and Special Education and a Masters of Science degree
in Speech-Language Pathology from Seton Hall University’s School of Graduate Medical Education. Ms. Jannicelli is registered and certified (CCC) by the American
Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and holds a license to practice in the state of New Jersey. In addition, Ms. Jannicelli holds a certificate by the State of
New Jersey Department of Education as school-based Speech-Language Specialist. She is an approved provider for Early Intervention services in New Jersey according to the requirements of the NJEIS program.

Deanna is trained by the PROMPT Institute and is able to provide PROMPT therapy services. She is a member of the New Jersey Speech-Language-Hearing Association (NJSHA) and the America Speech- Language-Hearing Association

(ASHA). Ms. Jannicelli has a strong and thorough background in speech-language therapy and a specialized interest in pediatrics/school-aged populations.


Arthur Carlotti, PTA

Arthur Carlotti, PTA is a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant. He holds licenses to practice in New Jersey and California by the state boards of physical therapy.

He graduated from Carritos College with honors in June 1997. He is also a certified Weight Training Specialist with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. His areas
of specialties include orthopaedics, pre & post surgical rehabilitation and geriatric rehabilitation. Arthur’s hobbies include coin collecting and weight lifting.









Irmina Verzosa, PT

Irmina Verzosa, PT.

Irmina Verzosa, PT completed her Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from
Far Eastern University. She is a licensed physical therapist by the New Jersey
State Board of Physical Therapists.

Mina’s areas of specialties include pediatrics, orthopaedics, and vestibular rehabilitation. She was born and raised in the Phillipines and moved to the United States in 2003. Mina’s hobbies include playing tennis, swimming and volleyball.









 

Sylvia Cifelli, PT, MPT

Sylvia Cifelli, PT, MPT.

Sylvia Cifelli, PT, MPT is a licensed physical therapist by the New Jersey State Board of Physical Therapy since October 2005. She holds both a bachelor’s degree in Health Science and a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from Quinnipiac University. She completed her clinical affiliations are Hackensack University Medical Center, NJ and Gaylord Hospital, CT.

Sylvia is currently attending the University of Medicine & Dentistry of NJ to obtain
her doctoral degree in physical therapy. Her areas of specialty include neurological, orthopaedic, post surgical and geriatric rehabilitation. She has also obtained additional training in the McKenzie and Mulligan treatment methods for neck and back pain. Sylvia is also fluent in Spanish.
